Introducing our very own Catherine Kalokerinos who is part of our South Head Anglican Parish community!

My earliest memory … was being in a stroller, called pushchair in my day and crying to get out!

I grew up near the river Tyne in NE England but went to boarding school in Great Malvern Worcestershire.

As a child I dreamed of… I always wanted to be a nurse.

My favourite vacation spot is … Hard to pick a favourite holiday spot, l love going to England, Europe, Kythera, the island where my husband’s family were from. I also love South West Rocks.

I came to faith … largely at the school I attended in Great Malvern.

An item on my bucket list is … to return to the above listed places.

My first musical experience was … may have been Messiah, we had music at home with a player piano.

The best decision I ever made was … I have to say becoming a follower of Christ but coming a close second was to marry Archie.

I first came to SHAP … to St Michael’s 12 years ago a month after moving back to Sydney.

Currently I am reading/listening/watching… I like reading, I don’t read enough, I read the Bible daily and get a newspaper at the weekend.

In my spare time I like to …  listen to ABC radio am and FM, also watch ABC TV in the evening also SBS.

The best advice I ever received was … “think with your heart”
