St Michael’s Foundation Day Celebration

On Friday, 29th October 1875, the Bishop of Sydney, Rev. Frederic Barker, laid the foundation stone to commence the building of St Michael’s Church, Vaucluse. In the Lord’s kindness, we came across the original service that was used 150 years ago!
To celebrate the 150th anniversary of this moment, we will have a foundation day service re-enacting the liturgy of that day, followed by a lunch at St Michael’s.
