Hooray! We have raised over $8500! 

The SHAP team – Verity, Angali, Stuart and Matt – would like to thank everyone who so kindly donated to our ROUGHTOBER appeal. Homelessness is an increasingly important issue which so many people are facing today. 

All the money raised goes towards Rough Edges in Darlinghurst, who do an amazing job of valuing people by giving them a place to have a meal and find connection and support.

Last Friday night was a wet and wild night to be sleeping rough. Our sleep-out gave us an even greater awareness of the thousands of people in our city, who aren’t able to sleep in comfort and safety.

ROUGH EDGES still need to raise a lot more money to get to their target of $150,000.
