ABOUT THE FILM ~ 

In 2022, members of the Wonthaggi community in Victoria came together to welcome a refugee family from Syria under a new community sponsorship program, the Community Refugee Integration and Settlement Pilot (CRISP). This short film from director Sal Balharrie, follows the group’s journey from preparation for the Ali family’s arrival to settling in.
