We were delighted to let the Principal of Nungalinya know that the Vintage Fair and Tea Room had raised a significant amount for the work of the College.

Ben van Gelderen, Principal of the College wrote to express his deep appareciation of the financial support SHAP had given the College over many years.

“It is with much thanks that I write to you all … your funds go to supporting core College business – and so you are directly contributing to the mission of Nungalinya. In particular, over the next three years we have some special funding to employ Indigenous Teachers in every class, which is a wonderful development” Mr Gelderen wrote.

He said that SHAP had demonstrated that it had “a genuine partnership with Nungalinya and the vision to empower Indigenous Christians for lives of faith and service.”
